Arcade Cars' most exclusive automobile coming in October

Arcade Cars is set to reveal its most exclusive automobile to date, the striking open-top Mercedes-Benz 240 GD, at the premier American collector car event, the Audrain Concours, in October. This ultra-limited convertible is one of merely 60-70 drop-ready military vehicles ever manufactured by Mercedes-Benz for the Singaporean Army. Following a highly successful Monterey Car Week, which generated considerable interest among collectors, the 240 GD exemplifies Arcade’s restoration proficiency.

Only 10 custom-made units will be crafted in partnership with individual clients, positioning it among the world's most exclusive G-Wagens. Each vehicle preserves its military characteristics while integrating tailored luxury elements.

Arcade Cars will also showcase their Mercedes-Benz Puch 230 GE at The Bridge in Bridgehampton, NY. The company launched their 230 GE in 2024 at Pebble Beach, returning this August with an exhibit in the Concours Village.

Pebble Beach Show

Arcade Cars marked a successful initial appearance at the esteemed Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August 2024, where its military-heritage G-Wagens attracted the attention of collectors and automotive aficionados alike. The showcase at Monterey established Arcade as a formidable player in the high-end restoration sector and reinforced the brand’s standing for producing authentic military-spec vehicles that blend rugged functionality with luxury enhancements. Arcade Cars returned to Pebble Beach in August 2025, highlighting further variety in their vehicle range.

The Bridge Debut

On Saturday, September 13th, Arcade Cars will join the select assembly at The Bridge, signifying a significant milestone in the company’s entrance into the East Coast collector market. Held on the premises of the historic Bridgehampton racing circuit, overlooking Sag Harbor—an area emblematic of America’s rich motorsport heritage—the invitation-only gathering presents a curated selection of the continent’s finest post-war automobiles.

“Beyond being a world-class event, The Bridge enables us to engage with a market that truly values both the sophistication and utility of our vehicles,” stated Arcade founder Rishav Kanoria. “An Arcade G-Wagen is crafted for family excursions. It merges stunning aesthetics with the capability to navigate everything from dunes to daily commutes, all while ensuring uncompromising comfort for its occupants. ”

A First for Newport

Arcade will act as a Bespoke Sponsor of Newport's Audrain Motor Week, where their Pacific Blue open-top Mercedes-Benz 240 GD will make its formal debut alongside an Arcade Racing Green Mercedes-Benz Puch 230 GE at Doris Duke's iconic Rough Point estate during Friday's Audrain Gathering. The Audrain Concours attracts thousands of collectors and automotive enthusiasts to Newport's historic Gilded Age mansion lawns, rendering it the ideal venue to present the most exclusive Arcade vehicle to date.

The Art of Military Restoration

The 240 GD epitomizes Arcade’s most ambitious restoration project, transforming battle-tested military vehicles through a meticulous six-phase procedure that may require hundreds of hours per vehicle.

- Sourcing and Evaluation

- Sand or Ice Blasting

- Welding and Metalwork

- Paint

- Engine Restoration and Tuning

- Interior Recreation and Modifications

Expert craftsmen meticulously dismantle each vehicle, cataloging every part to guarantee authenticity upon reassembly. The chassis receives comprehensive metalwork to rectify years of military use, while paint professionals implement anti-corrosive treatments and high-quality finishes in climate-regulated environments. Within the interior workshop, the military cabin is transformed into a luxurious space, featuring options such as high-end automotive-grade leather, durable synthetics suited for adventure, superior audio systems, and customized sports and overlanding equipment solutions. Each restoration retains the vehicle’s original military design while incorporating contemporary technology to uphold the genuine G-Wagen driving experience that collectors desire.
