 Zoom unveiled its new Workplace for Frontline platform in April 2025 to enhance services for the 80 percent of the global workforce that operates on the frontline. 

The Jabra Perform 75 mono headset is now the inaugural audio device to receive certification for this initiative. Engineered for employees who are active throughout their workdays, the Jabra Perform 75 integrates with Zoom Workplace to maintain team connectivity, facilitate hands-free communication, and promote heightened focus during each shift. 

Zoom Workplace for Frontline merges on-shift communication with task management, providing frontline teams with tools for messaging, calling, push-to-talk (PTT), shift scheduling, and reporting. 

When coupled with the Jabra Perform 75, frontline personnel achieve simpler access to these resources, remaining alert, hands-free, and comfortable throughout their shifts, while managers gain task visibility and attendance analytics that support smooth operations. 

AI at the Heart of Collaboration 

Zoom AI Companion is an AI-powered digital assistant that offers robust, real-time functionalities to assist users in enhancing productivity and collaborating more efficiently. 

With this certification announcement, Jabra plays an integral role in ensuring that frontline personnel can engage with Zoom’s AI capabilities through precise, reliable voice input and audio performance.

Jabra Evolve2 75: Accredited as a Zoom Native Bluetooth Headset 

Moreover, the Jabra Evolve2 75 professional headset has been certified as a Zoom Native Bluetooth Headset. This headset allows users to experience the complete Zoom collaboration suite without requiring a dongle, resulting in increased flexibility and consistent performance for teams reliant on simple tools to maintain connectivity.
