What are some of the truths contained in the Bible, and why do you appreciate knowing those truths?

2. (a) What reputation did Jesus have? (b) What effect would the truths Jesus taught have on people?

a. He was an honorable man. Jesus always spoke the truth, and even his enemies recognized that he was honest, regardless of how unpopular his words were.

b. At Matt. 10:35, Jesus said that his teachings would lead to division, with family members against each other. He did not desire negative reactions to his message, but he understood the reality of the situation. His message would separate those who love Bible truth and those who do not.

4. Why can we say that Jehovah is the Source of truth?

Jehovah is the Source of truth, and everything he says is true, including his statements about right and wrong. His predictions about the future always happen, and he never breaks a promise. It is impossible for Jehovah to lie, which is why he is called “the God of truth. ”

2nd comment: Ps. 19:9 says the judgments of Jehovah are true, altogether righteous. Since he's a God of truth and righteousness, nobody qualifies in such a way as he does to be the source of truth.

 6. What are some of the truths contained in the Bible, and why do you appreciate knowing those truths?

1.

One truth in the bible is that we can trust what it says about the origin of our universe and of life on earth. This we can find in Gen. 1:1, 26. I appreciate knowing what the bible says in verse 26 where Jehovah say Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness. I appreciate it because it doesn't give room for a big bang or mutation in creation. God created man, not that apes slowly became man. We can see that for thousands of years.

2.

I appreciate what the bible says about sin and death. For thousands of years, man has been able to make improvement in medicine and health. Yet, because the root of all death is sin, man keeps dying just as Roman 6:23 says the wages sin pays is death. It also says God gives everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord. I appreciate knowning this truth, as Jehovah will not hold back from accomplish his purpose.

 9. What should we avoid doing, and why?

We should avoid revealing confidential information to others. because if we share confidential matters but we also told the truth with an improper motive, it means we are not trustworthy or reliable in the long wrong. Prov. 11:13 somehow associates those who spill confidential matters with slanderers. They break their promise to keep things secret, but when they tell others, it shows these type of people can't be trusted.

16. How can we help our Bible students to “go on walking in the truth”?

Nothing matches our setting a good example for our bible students. Our way of life must prove that we truly rely on God’s Word.

Next, we need to Speak the truth with a pure motive, Speak graciously.

We need to make use of gentle, kind words at the right time when teaching the truth.

Also, we must direct any praise received to Jehovah.
